Just unzip the provided file in the BuildingTypes subdirectory, no additional files required.
This version applies to only 2 architecture styles (certainly not the "Victorian", which I have reserved for the prosperous neighbourhoods in my maps). This can be changed by modifying the notorious byte address 195, where applicable architecture styles are defined, as explained here
